Processing & Handling
All orders from AMhair are hand-packed with care in our custom luxury packaging.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dropped off for shipment.
- Note: To keep international shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we use a specialized courier service. Because of this, tracking numbers may take an extra 24 hours to "go live" once your package is dropped off at our local shipping hub.
Shipping within Canada 🇨🇦
AMhair ships nationwide from our home base in Alberta.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days once processed.
3. Shipping to the USA 🇺🇸
AMhair is proud to offer shipping to our neighbors in the US!
- Standard International: Estimated 5–10 business days once processed.
- Duties & Taxes: Orders under $800 USD are typically exempt from import duties. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied by their country.
4. Shipping Rates
- Canada Flat Rate: $15.00 CAD
- USA Flat Rate: $20.00 CAD
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your AMhair unit leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (wigs and hair accessories), all AMhair sales are final. We want you to love your new look, so please reach out with any questions about color or heat-friendliness before purchasing!
